Automated Painting Line

Fully automated painting line with intelligent product routing via RFID technology. Each piece carries an RFID tag that uniquely identifies it: from loading to exit towards the packaging lines, the product is tracked and managed completely autonomously.

At each junction, an antenna reads the product tag and automatically directs it to the next station specified by its painting programme. The cycle may include primer, colour coats, polishing phases and drying oven stops, with times and parameters defined for each product type.

Cycle configuration is done through an internally developed administration application. The operator defines the complete path of each programme; programmes can be assigned to products by group, class, type or part number, allowing maximum reuse of configurations.

The system records for each passage the entry date and time, processing duration and exit time. These data are written in real time on the client's database, guaranteeing native integration with the company MES system.
