Industrial Automation Software

Custom software development for industrial machines and plants. Our key strength is CODESYS, alongside Schneider Electric and Siemens. Industrial communication over modern buses: EtherCAT, PROFINET and CANopen for real-time performance and advanced diagnostics.

Application Software Development

Software application development at all levels: HMI and desktop supervision interfaces (JavaFX, C#, C++), industrial backends and services (Java, Python), custom communication libraries and middleware. Native integration with field logic, databases and management systems.

AI Systems and Process Intelligence

We develop in-house custom artificial intelligence systems applied to production processes: predictive analytics, process parameter optimisation, anomaly detection and real-time decision support.

Data Collection, MES and Traceability

Data collection servers for production statistics, energy consumption monitoring and complete traceability from the field to enterprise ERPs. We develop proprietary MES systems with RFID and barcode acquisition.

Data Acquisition and OPC-UA Connectivity

Real-time data acquisition systems via OPC-UA protocol, with storage on local or remote database. Development of custom OPC-UA servers, data historian, monitoring dashboards and interfaces for integration with third-party MES, ERP and SCADA platforms.

6-Axis Robotics and Vision Systems

Integration and programming of Comau, ABB, Yaskawa and Efort robots with Keyence machine vision systems for picking, dimensional quality control and precision positioning.

Custom Machine Vision — OpenCV

In-house development of machine vision systems based on OpenCV libraries: surface quality inspection, defect detection, dimensional measurements and object recognition. Software solutions integrated with industrial cameras and existing automation logic.

Database and Data Persistence

Design and integration of relational databases for industrial applications: MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Derby and SQLite. Management of production histories, traceability, plant configurations and process data with schemas optimised for manufacturing volumes and speeds.

Custom REST APIs to Client Specifications

Development of RESTful APIs to expose the data and functionalities of our systems to third-party applications, web portals or mobile apps. Interfaces are designed to client-agreed specifications, ensuring security, documentation and versioning.

MES / ERP / SCADA Integration

Bidirectional interfacing with enterprise management systems for production scheduling, lot traceability and KPI analysis. ASEM industrial hardware for robust and reliable SCADA supervision.
