
Zinc Bending Island with Parametric DXF Generation

Complete solution for the production of zinc funeral caskets, consisting of parametric cutting file generation software and an automated bending and stamping island. The process starts from finished product dimensions: the software automatically generates the DXF file optimised for plasma or laser cutting, calculating the blank development with all bending tolerances.
The cut zinc sheet is loaded into the bending island, which sequentially performs side bordering and the safety anti-cut bend. Positioning parameters and bending angles are calculated by the system and sent directly to the machine, automatically adapting to each job's dimensions without manual adjustments.
The final phase involves loading into a parametric stamping station: the system positions the die at the correct coordinates and completely closes the casket. The entire cycle is managed from a single interface using only the finished piece's dimensional data, recallable from recipes for recurring formats.
