Automated Painting Line for Window Frames

High-automation painting line for window and door frames, with products transported on bars sliding along the plant. Each bar is treated as an independent entity: the system tracks in real time which product it carries and which processing cycle to execute.

The painting stations — flow-coating, primer, finishing, drying — are fully programmable per bar. It is possible to precisely define humidity, temperature, colour and paint type. When a bar enters a specific work zone, the system automatically configures parameters without operator intervention.

The system natively manages multi-pass processing: the first pass applies the primer, the second the finishing paint. The control logic autonomously directs the product to the unloading stations upon completion of the entire cycle.
